For the past 30 plus years, as a former investment banker and entrepreneur,

I have been teaching young adults and their Parents how to build wealth through Business Ownership and Common-Sense Investing... how to organize and manage their personal and business finances so that they can live purposeful and fulfilling lives.

I grew up in the rural south where I was conditioned to think about money and life in a certain way. As a result, of what I had been conditioned to believe, I suffered years of unnecessary setbacks because of the lack of understanding of the basic principles that govern financial prosperity and economic success… 

I started my first business when I was 13 years old. But no matter how hard I worked or the amount of money I made, at the end of the day, it seemed as if I always ended up in the same place financially. It was like being trapped behind an invisible wall that was preventing me from moving to the next level financially. No matter the goals I set or the dreams I had, it seemed I was destined to be stuck in a certain lifestyle.

The mindsets and habits that I learned when I was growing up control the decisions I made and how I managed money in my personal and business life.

After years of financial frustration, I discovered a set of principles that completely transformed my life. I was able to identify the mistakes that I was making and move on to launch a successful business career as an international business consultant. 

The principles that I discovered not only impacted my life, but they have impacted the destiny of my children, my extended family, and the lives of many hundreds of small business owners across the country and internationally.

The reason that I started the Destiny Institute School of Finance... is because I want to share the principles that I have learned... the principles that changed my life, with as many people as possible. My passion is to see people overcome the odds and reach their full financial potential… to excel in every area of life. 

In all my books, posts, videos, and courses, I share firsthand lessons I have learned as a small business owner and financial consultant … regarding the importance of learning basic money management skills to overcome financial struggles and achieve long-term financial success.
